A word from our customersI had the pleasure of dealing with Scott and Amanda during August this year when I placed an order for a custom made 4x4 camper trailer. As an Aircraft Technician I am very fastidious about workmanship, strength of construction and overall usability. The trailer Scott constructed for me was faultless to say the least. He incorporated all of my designs as well as added some of his own to create a fantastic end product. The trailer tows extremely well at speed fully loaded and reverses with ease (something many other trailer manufacturers fail at!). I would also like to mention that I had organised an external modular kitchen provider to send a modular kitchen and storage box package to Southern Cross for fitment. This external provider made a large mistake with the order, forgetting to add half the package. Amanda immediately set about reorganising a second delivery directly to my home the next week. She also managed to sort several problems on my behalf with the RTA. The customer service at Southern Cross is second to none and I can truly recommend, without any hesitation, Southern Cross trailers to any perspective buyers. Well done guys. We would like to say that we are ecstatic about that job that Southern Cross Trailers when they made my trailer. Our trailer is a 8x5 checker plate high side trailer with removable mesh cage, spare wheel, swing up jockey wheel, 2x 2ft peak frame and blue slip was at an extremely reasonable and competitive price. When we asked about a canopy for the trailer, they were more then happy to get a great and competitive price for this. We would highly recommend Southern Cross Trailers to anyone that is looking for a trailer. They are fast and affordable and even delivered to my door. Since then we have had no problems with the trailer. I found dealing with SCT a very seamless experience. All our communication was over the phone and email and SCT knew exactly what I wanted. They built me a great trailer and best of all delivered the trailer to me well before the original due date.
